Our practice
Burns Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice led by Dr. Nikia Burns, DMD, MS. We care for children, teens, and adults from three offices in McMurray, Mt. Lebanon, and Waynesburg.
Our approach to care
Every patient's teeth, bite, and goals are different. We take time to understand what you'd like to change, explain what we see in plain language, and recommend treatment only when it makes sense for you.
Your first consultation
At your first visit, Dr. Burns will discuss your concerns, examine your teeth and bite, and explain any options that may fit. Some patients start treatment later; some children are simply monitored as they grow. You will leave with a clear picture of what, if anything, is recommended.
Requesting a consultation is the first step. Your appointment is confirmed only when our office confirms the date and time with you.
Three offices
McMurray, Mt. Lebanon, and Waynesburg each have their own clinical days. Many families choose the office closest to home; others choose by day of the week.
Convenience
Patient forms are available online so you can review them before your visit, and each office page lists hours, directions, and a direct phone number.
